This premium gin is distilled slowly and carefully by hand using an elaborate process to give it its typically mellow character. First, it absorbs the aromas of eight native herbs and oriental fruits while in the copper still. In the next step, the gin is vapour-infused with four additional botanicals - grapefruit, kaffir lime, lemon and gunpowder green tea. The distillate is then matured to reveal the full variety of its flavours: the gin features fresh citrus aromas, aromatic herbal notes and the slightly astringent tones of the green tea.
