The Dreissigacker wine-growing estate in Rheinhessen places great value on carefully selecting its grapes and processing them gently. For this vintage sparkling wine, the grapes were harvested early and gently pressed whole immediately after being picked. This ensures that the light minerality and crisp acidity of the Riesling are preserved. After maturing for 15 months on the fine lees and conventional fermentation in the bottle, the Dreissigacker sparkling Riesling has an impressively fine perlage and a fresh, balanced flavour.
