As with all Dreissigacker wines, major emphasis has been placed on sympathetic processing to produce the Blanc de Blancs. This cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc is partly matured in wooden casks, giving it a creamy mouthfeel. The first impression is of a light golden colour with green reflections, followed by a floral-fresh aroma with fruity notes and a wonderful full-bodied taste with subtle mineral tones.
