A quaffable sparkling wine, flowery and fruity, yet dry. The base wine made from the aromatic Gelber Muskateller (yellow muscat) grape is fermented in traditional bottles and then aged for 36 months. The sparkling wine is a straw yellow in the glass with a lively perlage, while the bouquet has subtle nuances of nutmeg and elderflower. Served ice-cold, it makes the perfect aperitif.
