Three sparkling wines from Austria for a little wine tasting session at home. The light golden-yellow Domaines Kilger Sauvignon Blanc Frizzante is a refreshing wine with aromas of green pepper and elderflower and its typically delicate acidity. The Domaines Kilger Rosé Frizzante is made from Blauer Wildbacher grapes and has a strong pink colour with finely balanced sweet, acidic and brut notes. Finally, the straw-yellow Domaines Kilger Muskateller Frizzante is floral and fruity, with hints of nutmeg, elderflower, lemon balm and grapefruit. All three are excellent as an aperitif.
