Leonardo Santi started his own production of biscuit and bread in the 1960 s, following three simple principles: authentic recipes, the best unprocessed ingredients and development of good recipes into really good recipes. His son Marco continues this tradition in Florence to this day. Tuscan cantucci biscuits with all kinds of chocolate are some of this small bakery's most popular specialities. This strong variant containing cocoa, white and dark chocolate goes wonderfully with a strong espresso or hot chocolate.
