Each of the three espresso varieties in the Dallmayr Röstkunst Edition has its own character, which is made up of three features: roast intensity, fruitiness/acidity and strength. All varieties come in whole beans - suitable for fully automatic coffee machines or for grinding at home.
Espresso with Arabica, Robusta or as a blend
Espresso Barista is soft and full in flavour, typically Italian. The fine blend of Arabica and Robusta beans is roasted gently for a very long time. The perfect crema is its trademark. Tastes great straight, or as a cappuccino or latte macchiato. With Espresso Monaco, fine Arabica beans are carefully roasted intensively for a long time in the original Italian fashion. A full, fine-flavoured pleasure, also ideal as a cappuccino or latte macchiato. Espresso India Parchment Robusta is a homogeneous espresso speciality made from 100% Robusta. In the cup, it forms a beautiful crema and unfolds aromas of dark chocolate, tobacco and cinnamon. Its intense flavour is easily perceptible, even as a latte macchiato.
