Curado is the first tequila with an infusion of cooked agave. Depending on the variety, plants from different regions of Mexico are used and cooked in the traditional way. The pieces of agave are then added to the carefully produced white base distillate using a patented process. This gives the tequila its natural colour, a slight sweetness and greater complexity. Curado tequila with Espadín agave from Oaxaca has aromas of sweet smoke and citrus fruits, which are rounded off on the palate with notes of lemon and grilled vegetables.
