This Champagne is characterised by its extraordinary richness, freshness and elegance - and it's all thanks to the base wines from Grand Cru regions plus a skilful assemblage. In the glass, it appears light yellow with a fine, intense perlage. The bouquet is seductive with hints of fresh baking, stone fruits and cinnamon as well as a touch of iodine. On the palate, you experience aromas of mandarin and bergamot, which give the Collery Grand Cru a wonderful liveliness. The finish is long and fresh with a subtle hint of peat.
