This iconic rosé has been carefully and patiently developed over the years by the Matton brothers. They wanted to create a wine that embodies their generation. And within a decade, Rose et Or had become the signature of Château Minuty. The colour is a delicate pink and the bouquet is reminiscent of ripe fruits, from vineyard peaches through to melons and pears. On the palate, Rose et Or is fruity, clear and fresh; the finish is long and smooth. A perfect accompaniment to fish and seafood, mild cheese and sorbets.
