The House of Pehu Simonet has been making fine Champagne for four generations. This rosé is made using only grapes from Grand-Cru regions on the northern slopes of the Montagne de Reims. It features exciting aromas of raspberries and pomegranate combined with slightly salty and spicy notes. On the palate, it is well structured with a creamy texture and hints of citrus and chocolate. A fresh, lively Champagne with character.
