Botanist Islay Gin was conceived on the Scottish Isle of Islay where it is also produced. Legendary distiller Jim McEwan uses only pure spring water from the island for production. He blends 9 traditional gin ingredients with 22 hand-picked herbal ingredients, all of which grow on the island. The multifaceted aromas unite to create the gin's unmistakable character. Only 400 bottles are produced for each batch.
