The vines for this rosé grow on a vineyard in the heart of Provence, close to St. Tropez. The climate in the region is extremely sunny, with very high temperatures and high levels of wind. The grapes are harvested at night for maximum freshness and aroma. Pressing the grapes right away gives the wine its extremely pale pink shade. The wine has a delicate aroma of ripe red berries and white blossom, and develops on the palate into a veritable explosion of fruit aromas. The finish is expressive and refreshing. A vitalising pleasure, not just for summer.
