A rich and complex Champagne made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from the best terroirs in the region. The first impression is fresh and vibrant: bright, clear and pale gold in the glass, with extremely fine perlage. On the nose, the freshness of the Chardonnay meets aromas of pear and nectarine, as well as the delicate peony scent of the Pinot Noir. Spicy, complex notes of dried apricot and almond round off the bouquet. A strong but balanced flavour on the palate follows with nectarine, honey and pepper accents, framed by a delicate bitter note on the finish.
