This Champagne is a fine example of the finesse of the House of Alaya. The expressive rosé is mostly Chardonnay, which gives it freshness and elegance. Pinot Noir from grapes grown in the great vineyards around Reims provides fruity notes and the pale pink colour; a low dosage underlines the freshness. The bouquet has aromas of red fruits and vineyard peach, with accents of redcurrants and raspberries on the palate. The finish is harmonious, lush and vibrant.
