The low dosage, combined with being allowed to mature in the cellars of the traditional Ayala house, give this champagne freshness and elegance. It displays a pale golden colour in the glass, with fine perlage. The nose is open and expressive, with notes of citrus, flowers and white fruits. Its freshness and vinosity are balanced, while the precise, fruity taste and the long finish are impressive. The Brut Majeur makes the perfect aperitif and goes perfectly with white fish, shellfish, poultry or cheese.
