This Chianti Classico withits typical blossom and fruit aromas is representative of the Tuscan growing region and its historic grape variety Sangiovese. It matures for up to nine months in oak barrels. The Pèppoli has a ruby red appearance in the glass. The nose is characterised by intense notes of red fruits such as cherries, red currents and strawberries, accompanied by delicate nuances of violet and lavender, as well as light liquorice notes. The wine is elegant on the palate with soft tannins and a fresh and full-bodied finish.
