Only honey-sweet, fully ripe fruit is used for Alpe Pragas' handmade fruit spreads. This specialty from the Dolomites is made using lots of hand-picked fruit, a little sugar, a dash of lemon juice and apple pectin - and nothing else! The spreads are preserved using gentle pasteurisation, with no need for preservatives or colourings. Fragrant apricots and tasty plums have been used to make the delicious fruit spreads in this set.
