This wine embodies all of the expertise of the Allegrini family vineyard from the Veneto. The grapes are harvested at the end of September and then dried until at least December. A red wine of great structure and depth arises from a long extraction period. The colour is ruby red, and the complex nose reveals aromas of red fruits with accents of violet, dark chocolate, coffee and tobacco. The Amarone surprises the palate with a balanced freshness and softness thanks to its silky tannins.
