This elegant vintage Champagne is made with Chardonnay grapes from Grand Cru regions. Its unique quality is the result of the work of a multi-award winning master cellarer, careful assemblage and ageing in oak barrels. In the glass, the Blancs de Blancs 2015 appears bright yellow with a green shimmer. On the nose, you can perceive candied fruits, vanilla and almonds, all of which are accompanied by a smokey note. It is creamy and balanced on the palate with hints of caramelised pineapple, a well-integrated acidity and a hint of freshness. This Champagne is part of the exclusive Travel Edition from the house of Alfred Gratien and is served in First Class on Lufthansa flights.
