Freshly squeezed juice at the touch of a button - or, more accurately, the hand. Oranges, limes, grapefruits - the Alessi Toru citrus squeezer is suitable for all citrus fruits. All you have to do is press half of the fruit against the cone. The motor will then take over. After pressing, the spout can be pushed upwards to prevent juice from dripping while changing glasses. Besides being very easy to use, this citrus squeezer also boasts an impressive design: the handle of the lid appears to pass through the appliance and then emerge again as a juice spout - which explains the name "Toru", a Japanese word meaning "through".
