This malossol caviar has a dark, almost black, medium-sized grain and a slightly firm consistency. The fresh sturgeon roe is only lightly salted and of excellent quality. Its mild salty taste makes it the perfect partner for potatoes, pasta, fish and meat. The caviar is harvested from German aquaculture farms and the fish are responsibly processed from "nose to tail", making this delicacy an exclusive and sustainable indulgence.
